You’re Sitting On A Goldmine Of Clients

This month we’ve been talking about the “magic” of the follow-up and how to convert your new leads into real, paying clients…

But what about your previous clients?

They already know, love, and trust you…

So why not follow up with them, too?

Think about it…

They’ve already experienced the value you provide, so it’s often easier to get them back on board than to convince someone new.

Plus, they might be ready for a new challenge or looking to get back on track if it’s been a while!

It doesn’t have to be anything fancy, either…

Just reach out with a simple email, text, or call to let them know you’re thinking of them, remind them of their past success, and ask about their current goals.

It could go something like,

“Hey, [CLIENT NAME]! How are you? I was thinking about how well you did in my challenge a few months ago and wanted to invite you to my new challenge that starts on the 15th of this month.

It’s a 6-week transformation challenge that builds on what you did in my first challenge. I’m giving all of my past challengers 50% off right now if you want to throw your name in!”

Even if they say no, you’ve opened the door to a new conversation to see how things are going and potentially offer something else.

Another tip?

Don’t wait until you’re desperate for clients to start following up…

Make it a regular part of your routine to reach out and check in with your past clients. That way, it feels more natural, and you’re more likely to catch them at the right time when they’re looking to make a change or get back into a program.

So, take a few minutes today to make a list of past clients you haven’t heard from in a while and start reaching out.

You might be surprised at how many are ready to jump back in!
