Your 2021 End-Of-Year Game Plan

We’re nearing the halfway point of 2021 …

… and there’s no better time than RIGHT NOW to take inventory of where you (and your business) are at.

We need to be intentional about where we’re going to focus our attention and energy, and how we’re going to spend our time for the rest of the year.

It’s time to get REAL (and be honest with yourself!) and look at where you’re at right now.

Every month in my mastermind, we hold a “monthly planning workshop” where we go through a series of questions and reflection.

I ask myself these same questions, and it has helped me to make high-quality decisions and learn the lessons from my experiences.

Here are a few of the questions we start with:

What went great?
What didn’t go well?
Where am I still working too much IN the business?
What do I need to do differently next month?

After our reflection questions, we go through our #’s and do a monthly audit of our metrics, and then get into the planning portion of the workshop.

I recommend you create your own review framework and reflect on the first half of the year. This will help you as you plan for the rest of 2021!

Set aside some time – at least a couple of hours – to review your numbers/do a quick audit and review of your:

  • Financials: Revenue, Expenses, Profit, etc.
  • Current Clients (client fulfillment flow, results, retention, referrals, etc.)
  • Leads, Follow-up, and Conversion Flow
  • Content & Marketing
  • Team Accountability, Development, & Retention
  • Business Systems – did you set up/improve any foundational systems that run your business (i.e., client reactivation, onboarding, sales funnels, etc.)?

If you did an audit to start the year, compare your stats.

If you didn’t do an audit but set specific goals, look at your progress.

Are you where you wanted to be right now? Are you behind (or ahead!)?

Now comes the “deep work” part: It’s time to reflect on what’s working, what isn’t, and what it all means!

“Through reflection comes insight.” – John C. Maxwell

The only way to really learn what’s working (and what’s not) in your business is to take a step back so you can see the entire picture.

Only then can you pinpoint areas that you’ve nailed … but also spot those that need extra attention, energy, and focus.

There are 200 days left in 2021.

How are you going to spend them? Where is your FOCUS going to be?

The next 200 days are going to go by fast.

It’s up to you whether you spend them spinning your wheels, or prioritizing your time to address what you NEED to, in order to finally gain that traction!

Make it a productive day,

Alicia
