I’ve been using my essential oil diffuser for years now…. but it wasn’t until recently that I started using it to help me focus while I was working.
I’ve always used it for relaxation and healing…. and also because it smells amazing.
But lately, I’ve been using it pretty much every time I sit down at my desk.
Ya know what? I’ve noticed a real difference in my alertness and ability to focus. It has definitely impacted my level of output and productivity.

What’s inside? Water and my organic peppermint essential oil from Plant Therapy.
I LOVE IT. I’ve been playing around with a few different oil blends, but forme, straight up peppermint seems to be the most effective.
I know this is totally random, because I don’t usually post about “hacks.” But, I wanted to share this because it has definitely helped me to stay more focused, just in case it can help you, also. 🙂
