Think about how you’re going to make this all come to life and integrate it RIGHT inside of your new client onboarding system.
And once you’ve dialed in your experience, it’s all about CONSISTENCY.
You want EVERY client to go through that same high-level experience, which means your “wow” experience needs to be scalable.
And by scalable, I mean easy to automate, easy to delegate, and easy to track.
Will it take a couple of hours to figure out your “WOW” and set it up with your team?
Yes.
Is it worth it? YES IN CAPITAL LETTERS!
A couple of hours is NOTHING compared to the payoff for your business… and your clients.
