Your Holiday Mini-Systems For Your Business…

The holidays are ALMOST HERE …

And if you do it right, you should be able to take some solid downtime.

You need it.

It has been QUITE a year.

Doing the things you need to do AHEAD of time takes a little planning to get all of your ducks in a row.

If you DON’T take the time to do that now…

—> you’ll be thinking/stressed about your business when you’re with your family …

—> and when you’re working, you’ll be feeling guilty that you should be spending more time with your family.

But what if you didn’t have to take so much time to prepare for the holidays EVERY YEAR?!

Enter: “Systemizing Your Holidays!”

All this means is creating a system for everything you need to get done …

so that you don’t NEED to reinvent the wheel or start from scratch every year when the holidays roll around!

The key is simply to write it ALL down as you’re doing it.

It might take you a little extra time now … but it’ll save you some MAJOR TIME next year.

Then next year, you’ll have a solid map to make sure that you’ve crossed all your t’s and dotted all your i’s so you can actually relax and have some time off over the holidays!

Create systems / documentation for things like your:

  • Holiday Business Hours
  • Holiday Team Schedule & Time Off
  • Client Gifts
  • Team Appreciation
  • Upcoming Year Vision Meeting
  • Special Holiday Promotions & Offers
  • New Year Prep

It’s rare you will only ever do something ONCE in your business.

If you think about it, you’ll have to go through pretty much the exact same steps NEXT year, too.

Except next year, you’ll have this handy dandy map to follow.

If you don’t know where to start, think of what stresses you out the MOST about taking time off during the holidays.

Ask yourself, “If I just did this:______________, it would make a HUGE difference!”

START WITH THAT.

So there you have it!

You’ve got some time before the holidays roll around to get your stuff done EARLY this year. Take advantage of it so you can actually relax and spend time quality time with your family … without the stress.

Make it an AMAZING day,

Alicia
