What Are You NOT Doing In June?

When I help health and fitness coaches scale their business, one of the first things we do (after their vision work) is figure out out what to eliminate.

THEN… we work on systemizing / automation / delegation.

But we have to know what to eliminate first.

So, since we’ve been talking about automating all month…

What do YOU plan to eliminate from your to-do list over the next 30 days?

Here are some questions to help you get clear on what needs to go:

  • What tasks are you doing right now that you absolutely dread?
  • What are you doing that someone else could do for 80% less cost?
  • What tasks have you been holding onto because you feel only you can do them right?
  • What do you do daily or weekly that doesn’t have to be done at all?
  • What tasks create the least joy or satisfaction in your day-to-day work?

You might be surprised at some of your answers…

Which is why if you’re busy, on the verge of burnout, or keep hitting the same walls in your business, I recommend asking yourself these questions EVERY month.

You might not be able to fix it all at once, but you WILL see the light at the end of the tunnel!
