I Use This To Run My Entire Business…

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Because I want to spread the love ….

I’m going to let you in on a (not so secret) secret on something that I’ve been using in my business for years.

It’s one of the tools that I cannot live without.

It helps keep me organized, on track with my tasks, manage my team, and more.

But it definitely wasn’t easy to hold MYSELF accountable to actually use it when I first got started.

In fact, there would be days (and even weeks) when I didn’t open it up.

But my productivity skyrocketed — and magically things stopped slipping through the cracks — when I started using it regularly.

If you haven’t guessed it by now, it’s Asana.

(No, it’s not an affiliate link. In fact, the free version is probably all you need.)

It’s a project management tool, and we use it for 85%+ of our communication for projects and internal work.

It keeps my inner control freak in check because it does all of the micromanaging FOR me.

When it’s set up effectively, you can use it to:

  • Provide clarity on EXACTLY what needs to be done (& when it needs to be done by)
  • Hold yourself (and others) accountable – because everything that needs to be done (and how to do it) is front and center
  • Communicate more effectively with your team
  • Stay focused and on track with the tasks that move your business forward
  • Keep resources organized
  • Streamline your systems
  • And the list goes on.

Here’s the cool part:

You don’t even have to use Asana.

You can use another platform (like Trello, Monday, etc) …

But the key is to actually USE it.

You may already even have an account …. but just haven’t logged into it in a while.

If that’s you, consider this your sign from the Universe to start using it 🙂

Since this month is UNbottleneck month, I wanted to share a tool that helps me to do just that.

And stay tuned, because coming your way soon …

I’m going to share an AMAZING delegation tip that will help you to grow & scale a LOT easier.

You don’t want to miss it!

Happy organizing,

Alicia
