10 Strategies to Level Up Your Next Challenge

Mark your calendar… because March 21st is the official launch date for our brand-new Men’s Transformation Challenge! 🎉

This program has been years in the making, and we can not WAIT to share all of the exciting details soon!

But I can share that this program gets INSANE results. And even more than helping men to lose weight and build muscle (through carb cycling, simple meal prep, and fat-burning workouts) …

This challenge is designed to inspire men to embrace the hero within, develop their sense of purpose, and shift towards prioritizing their health and wellness for LIFE.

It’s like nothing we’ve ever created before, and I can not WAIT for you to see it.

And since challenges are one of the best ways to attract quality clients and drive significant revenue into your business…

I want to share 10 of my favorite strategies to help you get more signups and generate MORE revenue from your next transformation program or challenge.

These strategies below are PROVEN to help you:

  • Get more signups,
  • Boost your revenue, and
  • Overdeliver so you can convert MORE challengers into coaching clients.

These tips are “next-level” which means if you’re new to running challenges …

Start with just one or two of these strategies.

If you’ve been around the block a few times … you may want to try experimenting with two or three at a time so you know what works for you and what doesn’t.

Let’s get into it!

10 Strategies to Level Up Your Next Transformation Challenge:

***These strategies are a mix of revenue-builders, profit maximizers, and retention accelerators … and are in no particular order!

  1. Ask for a Referral RIGHT When Someone Signs Up. Sounds simple, but most people don’t do it. Remember: There’s power in numbers and having a friend to do the challenge will help them BOTH succeed!

  2. Offer a Supplement, Retail, or Equipment Upgrade. Add an option to upgrade their program with supplements or equipment that will accelerate their results. Come up with a sexy name for it, like the “Accelerated Results” or a “Platinum Edition” option for the program.
  3. Offer a Coaching Upgrade that will give them more personalized coaching or more accountability. This coaching can be done in person, via Zoom, or whatever makes sense for your business.
  4. GIVE the Challenge Away for FREE when they sign up for a membership. This will tie right into the special, fast-action “Commit to Your Goals” offer that we just talked about on Tuesday!
  5. Award Mini-Goal Prizes & Bonuses! Example: if they attend 12 workouts during your 28-day challenge, they earn a special T-shirt.
  6. Play BINGO During the Challenge. This is SUCH A COOL strategy to generate excitement and improve client results! Check out the free training here <<
  7. Partner with a Meal Delivery Service. Consider offering a DFY meal service as an upgrade. We worked with a local service that would make the exact recipes from our challenge. This is a win-win-win! You’ll make a commission, the meal service gets more business, and your clients won’t have to make their food! If custom meals aren’t possible, get creative with a strategy that may work for your clients and business.
  8. Leverage Accountability Partners. Pair up your challengers for some additional accountability. They’ll stay more motivated and it’ll help them create a stronger sense of connection and community. Plus it’ll boost their results because they’ll be more likely to follow through.
  9. Surprise Your Challengers with a card in the mail … or send some fun swag to show your appreciation and make them feel valued. Who doesn’t love a surprise gift or thoughtful card!?
  10. Rock Your Check-Ins! Make sure you track client progress and hold them accountable to their goals. This sounds like a no-brainer, but you’d be shocked how many coaches don’t have a system for this. Don’t be the coach who gets incredible results but doesn’t have ANY social proof to show for it.

Hope these ideas get your wheels turning and help you run your BEST transformation program yet.

Make it an amazing day,

Alicia
