The Tiny-Budget Ad That Filled Her List

I led two group coaching calls this week with dozens of health & fitness pros…

And I started each one by sharing an important announcement.

I’ve been noticing a trend.

And chances are, you might be in this same boat, too.

Here’s the question I asked them:

Are you running ads right now? yes / no

If you’re not, there’s a good chance you’re not growing…

(at least as fast as you want to be.)

Like we talked about last week, you can only put the same offers in front of the same people for so long, before you exhaust your audience.

You have to CONSISTENTLY be filling your “top of funnel.”

You need to get ahead of any potential lead flow stagnation.

Check out these numbers on a FB ad (in the last week):

These are REAL numbers from a REAL campaign.

Let’s call her “Sara.”

She got 200 “leads” including phone #s for under $150.

(leads = email subscribers)

So for people who are saying FB ads don’t work anymore….

Or they’re too expensive…

There you have it.

I’ll take those numbers allll day long.

But they didn’t just drop into her nurture cycle…

They’re registering for her workshops, engaging with her via text message and email…

And building a REAL relationship with her.

Now check this out…

It used to take 7 touches before someone buys….

But I just read last week, that in 2025, it now takes 28.87 touchpoints

Read that AGAIN.

The market is different than it used to be.

The good news is that most of your competitors don’t have the consistency or systems in place to keep that up….

Which is to your advantage.

So keep filling your funnel.

And stay consistent with follow-up.

Basic ad campaigns I recommend:

  1. Boosted content – (Awareness, Grow warm audience)
  2. List-Building Campaign – (Build email list)
  3. Front End Offer – (Monetize)

I’m not saying you have to spend an arm and a leg on ads.

Start small if you’ve never run ads before.

Start with just $3-5/day.

You can still be VERY effective on a small budget.

You can absolutely do this.
