Doubling Down

Exciting stuff happening this week:


1. We just wrapped up our ads challenge yesterday, called Mission:Possible! with 50 coaches… and their results BLEW ME OUT OF THE WATER. (more on this below).

2. The new Andromeda update in Facebook has changed EVERYTHING about the way you should run your ads… which is exciting stuff if you know how to pivot.

3. I officially qualified for the Fittest of the Coast competition in Feb. Novice division (because I don’t have handstand walks or muscle-ups yet… but I will SOON!)

4. And THANK YOU to everyone who supported my birthday sale! We made a beautiful donation to Hope & Vine to help support young women who’ve aged out of foster care without being adopted. ❤️

So we ran an ads challenge with 50 coaches last week.

Here are a few of their results (real time, I’m literally checking right now, at 9:58 EST on 10/31)

  • 49 leads / at .41¢ each / CTR 9.68%
  • 14 leads / 76¢ each / CTR 9.42%
  • 21 leads / 41¢ each / CTR 11.62%
  • 25 leads / 54¢ each / CTR 7.99%

Yep, you’re reading that right…

$20 bucks and she now has the name, email, and phone # of 49 of her ideal prospects.

Automations are set up, relationships are being built, and offers are being made.

Pretty SNAZZY.

Here’s why this is important:

If you read my email from a couple of weeks ago…

You’ll remember that the new data says it now takes 28.87 touchpoints before someone buys.

(It used to be 7.)

That’s a massive difference.

A buying decision today requires more consistency, more follow-up, and more patience before someone says “yes.”

Ultimately, it means that people just need more time to establish trust than they used to.

Which makes sense, given they’ve probably been burned more times than they can count by now.

It’s a separator.

You’ve got to have your acquisition strategy rocking…

And a SOLID follow-up flow built out to be able to crush it.

The good news is that it’s really not that hard… it just takes time.

Your Move This Week:


1. Check your lead flow

Open your CRM or email platform and see how many new contacts came in over the last 14 days. If you’re flat (or declining), time to fill the top of the funnel.

2. Test a micro-budget ad

Don’t overthink it. Take one great piece of content or a simple lead magnet and run it to cold traffic for $3-$5/day. You’ll be shocked at how far that small spend can go. (This is something we can help you with in Coach Engine)

3. Tighten (& extend) your follow-ups

If it takes 28+ touch points to get to a “yes”… guess how many follow-ups you’ll need. (Even though a touch point and follow-up technically isn’t the same thing, it’s good to have your bases covered.)
