I thought I was a “good coach.”

The fitness industry is filled with some of the most heart-centered people I’ve ever met.

We genuinely want to change lives.

But, we all know that:

 Passion doesn’t pay your mortgage.

For years, I leaned on my passion and hustle to grow my business.

I’d go “above and beyond” for every single person.

I’d answer texts at 10 PM.

I’d spend hours helping people who hadn’t even paid me yet.

I thought I was being a “good coach”…

But I wasn’t.

👉 I was being an “enabler.”

I was allowing people treat me like I was always on call…

And I was enabling myself to stay small and unorganized.

Worse, I was training clients to be reliant on ME, instead of taking ownership of their own results.

If you’re working 60+ hours a week and don’t have anything to show for it…

This is a fast track to resentment.

(ask me how I know)

When coaches start feeling this way, they lose their passion and eventually, they quit.

It’s a tragedy when an incredible coach leaves the industry because they couldn’t figure out the “business” side of things.

I finally realized that the best thing I could do for my clients (and for myself) was to build a profitable, systemized business

… Because a systemized business is a sustainable one.

It’s the only way to deliver a high-level experience without sacrificing your life to do it.

P.S. A “systemized” business isn’t just better for you—it’s better for your clients. I designed Coach Engine (and the systems + automations inside) to provide a professional, high-level experience for your prospects and clients, so you can focus on the coaching. You can check it all out over here!
