How I Manage 60,000 Daily Thoughts

And it’s been SO helpful to clarify my thoughts, figure out what’s working, what’s not working, and how I feel day to day.

In the past, I was all about “hustling” and “getting it done” regardless of how I felt…

So the fact that I’m taking time EVERY day to check in with myself and acknowledge what I’m grateful for, how much fun I’m having (or not having), and keeping my vision front and center?

That’s HUGE.

The thing is, we have over 60,000 thoughts every day…

And as business owners, I would bet we have even MORE than 60,000 thoughts!

So even if you only have 5 minutes to jot down some bullet points or free-write on a piece of paper, it can make a real difference in how you feel and how you approach your work.

Some other things I journal about?

  • Lessons I’m learning
  • Any growth bottlenecks I have
  • Any big decisions I need to make
  • If I’m keeping up with my non-negotiables
  • What I need to optimize

Just to name a few.

So if there’s ANY habit I recommend picking up in 2024?

It’s journaling.

You might just surprise yourself with what you find when you put pen to paper!
