His client just celebrated their 1000th session! Here’s how they did it…

I’m really excited to introduce you to one of my favorite people in the world…

Ruston Webb! (Although you may remember him from the BINGO training last year!)

He’s one of the most knowledgeable, genuine, and passionate human beings I’ve ever met.

He is also doing some IMPRESSIVE work with his clients.

And that’s why I wanted to introduce you to him.

His retention rate in his fitness business is through the roof …. in fact, when most everyone was losing clients last year during the pandemic, Ruston was getting referral after referral.

But it didn’t happen by accident.

He has been building something really special inside of his program.

I asked Ruston to share a couple of strategies – because he has more than a few tricks up his sleeve.

Hey everyone! It’s an honor to be able to share a few of the strategies and lessons I’ve learned along the way with you.

I’ve been a business owner for more than 10 years, and I’ve been fortunate to work with hundreds of incredible people to achieve their health and fitness goals in my studio in Brighton, Colorado.

Just recently, I had a client celebrate their 1000th training session!

I reflected on how far she’s come in her fitness journey, all the friends she’s made along the way, and all the referrals she brought to our gym.

It was a very special moment.

She has been such a loyal and committed client, and I asked her why she continues to be such an amazing part of our Kinetafit Family.

I thought I knew the answer …. but she really surprised me.

She told me it was the community, the personal touch we brought to all aspects of her experience, and what has really been a turning point for her, was the mobility sessions we offer.

The mobility training sessions?

You always hear about “accountability” being a differentiator …

Or the importance of building a strong community ….

But Lori wasn’t the first of our clients to bring up how impactful our mobility sessions have been on our clients’ lives.

Since mobility is one of the areas I specialize in, I developed a mobility program designed to help clients move better and feel better right before the pandemic.

After I introduced the first session to over 30 clients during a Zoom session, the feedback has been nothing short of astonishing.

We are now booked out with a WAITING LIST every single week.

After just an hour of mobility work, our clients were raving about how great they felt.

And after a few weeks, they were calling and texting me about their pain going away, their nagging joints were no longer bugging them, and how amazing they were feeling!

What started off as a program designed to improve movement and performance

… quickly turned into an injury prevention program

… which began to minimize and eliminate client pain

… which turned into a MASSIVE retention booster

… which COMPLETELY changed my fitness business.

Instead of getting cancellations, suspensions, and no-shows during the pandemic, I was getting referrals, clients wanting to UPGRADE their memberships, and our retention rate went up through the roof!

What these mobility sessions did was create QUICK WINS for our clients.

Clients know it can take months to shed 20 or 30 pounds – and they know it takes weeks and months to build muscle and increase strength.

BUT when you can improve joint range of motion and the way people feel by moving better in just a single hour…it’s SO POWERFUL!
