Here’s Your SOP Checklist ….

I’m known for my systems … and checklists (and content)! 🙂

I LOVE creating systems for everything … because (when done right) they help you:

  • create real leverage
  • build consistency
  • scale
  • reduce overwhelm
  • free up time
  • free up energy
  • establish a clear path for success for your team
  • track and measure results
  • and the list goes on and on

The thing is that most people tend to make systems more complicated than they need to be.

They don’t know WHAT a system should actually look like, or what it should include.

In reality, systems are pretty simple to set up … they just take a little time.

In a nutshell, a system is just a fancy way of saying the steps and processes that need to happen to achieve a specific outcome.

(Example: 90-Day New Client Onboarding System = all of the things that need to happen in order to successfully onboard a new client over their first 90 days.)

Writing down your systems?

It’s a MUST.

You have to get it ALL out of your head.

To give you an inside look, here’s the EXACT formula I teach my coaching clients:

I’ve been personally using this checklist for years in my own business.

It’s straight and to the point…

and you’ll be able to take your business to the next level, FAST.

Of course, there’s more to it than just documenting, but this is a darn good start.

More to come on my favorite ways to document your systems, and tips and tricks to streamline them, so keep an eye out.

Action Steps:

#1: Make a copy of my 2021 Systems Checklist (I emailed this out to my list – if you want a free copy, just email support @ FitProEssentials.com)

#2. Make a copy of my SOP Checklist of the 7 things EVERY successful system needs to have in place (above pic)

#3. Book a Discovery Call! If you’re serious about building systems in your business and want to tap into my personal resources to speed up implementation, book a call to learn more about my coaching program here <<

LOTS more good stuff to come about setting up great systems in your business.

Keep up the amazingness!

Alicia 🙂
