Systems & Scaling

Which one of these are you?

Let’s say something important needs to get done in your business:

  • You’re in a time crunch,
  • You have the funds to hire someone, but
  • It would take you twice as long to show someone how to do it,
  • and you could probably do it better yourself.

Do you:

A) Do it yourself, suck it up, then jump back into your regular grind?
B) Hire someone and risk it not being as good as you want it to be?

Most fitness and wellness biz owners I know pick A.

Just a few pick B.

But there’s actually a THIRD option that most people don’t take.

It’s recognizing that this will likely be a problem AGAIN in the future, so (after A/B) they:

C) Create a system and then automate / train someone on that system.

You see, most business owners start off with a BIG vision for their business and life…

but get so caught up in the day-to-day and get STUCK in the “I’ll do it myself” trap and never get out.

Slowly, their vision gets smaller as the stress, anxiety, and overwhelm sink in.

It’s heartbreaking, really, because it doesn’t have to be that way.

People who recognize Option C take a step back from the grind to see the BIG PICTURE.

They know something needs to change – and then they DO SOMETHING about it so they never get held back by that “thing” again.

THIS is why I love systems (and delegation and automation) …

Because it’s just not possible to achieve it all without them.

It’s THINKING differently that sparks the real change in your business.

So next time you get “stuck” – think about what you can do DIFFERENTLY to make it easier or more streamlined down the road.

Even if it takes a little more time “right now.”

Never let your vision shrink.

Expand YOURSELF to allow your vision to come to life.

So, as we dive deeper into this systems mini-series over the next few weeks, I want you to start THINKING differently about where and why you’re getting stuck.

Because we all get “stuck” – it’s just your next step that matters the most.

In your corner,

Alicia 🙂
