When things took a left turn in December and I had to jump back into the business full-time…
There was one thing I had in place that kept us cruising:
Recurring revenue.
I had peace of mind.
I didn’t drop into scarcity mode.
I didn’t have to scramble together a last-minute launch or flash sale to bring in cash.
And I wasn’t making reactive decisions just to cover bills or payroll.
This is HUGE.
Recurring revenue isn’t just about “making money while you sleep”…
It’s about stability.
It’s the reason I could keep everything running, without losing my mind — or momentum.
(Yes, you want savings for a rainy day — but you want your MODEL to support your business, not your savings account.)
Which brings us to:
Lesson #3: Recurring revenue is your unfair advantage.
And check this out…
Companies that have recurring revenue grow 3.7x FASTER than the S&P.
So what does that actually look like for fitness & health coaches?
Here are a few models that work right now (especially when they’re built to deliver real results):
- A monthly, in-person group coaching program ($197–$497/month) with programmed workouts, high-touch accountability, and mindset or nutrition coaching
- A results-driven online membership ($97–$297/month) delivering fresh weekly training, nutrition support, and group coaching
- Leverage the “Revolving Price Method” with a high-ticket signature coaching program charging $997+ upfront, then dropping clients into a recurring model ($397+/month) for ongoing support.
- A low-ticket program or membership that gives high-value resources but has limited access to live coaching (Recommended only for coaches with a big audience or big ads budget. Must have a solid back-end.)
These aren’t “set it and forget it” offers. They’re strategic revenue systems that create consistency and predictability in your business.
If you don’t already have a recurring stream dialed in — it’s time to start.
And the beautiful thing is that you really just need ONE.
Time to build something that actually supports you AND your clients!
Make it an amazing day, Alicia

➡️ Lesson #1: Reframe your struggle into something you can teach
➡️ Lesson #2: Doing it all isn’t noble — it’s self-sabotage
