Beat the Plateau
Here’s how to get it done:
1. Build a “cold traffic” engine early.
Paid ads, boosted content, podcast guesting, partnerships—pick one channel and master it before you need it. The goal is to create a predictable stream of new people entering your world every week.
2. Create a signature offer that scales.
Create a core program that solves one big problem and can be delivered again and again—without you reinventing the wheel each time. (The hybrid coaching model is my favorite one for impact + scaling)
3. Automate the middle.
Leads need nurturing long before they’re ready to buy. Set up an evergreen email sequence or DM flow that builds the trust and keeps warming people up. Otherwise, you’ll be stuck in manual follow-up forever.
4. Raise prices strategically.
Don’t wait until you’re burned out. Package your offer for higher value now—so you can work with fewer clients while growing revenue.
5. Build a Retention Pond.
Keep the clients you already worked hard to win. If you have more than 3-4% attrition in your coaching program, you need to plug the leak. Find out what the underlying issue is and FIX IT asap. Surveys and talking to past clients go a long way here.
