Misfit Animal Rescue adopts dogs and cats from high-kill animal centers, and shelters and takes care of them until they find a great home. It’s such a amazing organization, and I want to thank you all for helping to contribute and give back!
Now, I want to shift gears a little and talk about P-R-O-D-U-C-T-I-V-I-T-Y.
Over the past 2 weeks, I’ve been doing my one-on-one, million dollar blueprint calls with all of my TRIBE Mastermind members.
One of the things that we’re focusing on is shifting their day-to-day tasks from more “tactical” to more “strategic” activities.
This means that the business owner needs to learn exactly what to delegate…. so they can focus on the specific, strategic, higher-level activities that’ll move their business forward in a BIG way.
On paper, this makes a lot of sense. It’s pretty obvious this needs to happen in order to grow.
In practice, however, it’s not as easy as it sounds.
So many times, its just easier to DO IT YOURSELF rather than take the time to train someone….. even though you know someone else should be doing it.
Not only that, but because so many entrepreneurs are running by the seat of their pants… and they’re down to the wire when they “need it done”… they don’t even have the time to train someone… and then they HAVE to do it themselves.
Well, this method will put you on the fast-track to burn-out. It’s also the quickest way to stepping onto that dreaded hamster wheel.
